I created this whiteboard application to give non-artististic developers an easy fast way to make art. The application presents the developer with a library of art. These files can then be placed anywhere on screen. Skinnable text boxes can also be added. The final file is saved as an XML document and read by a simple small SWF file, eliminating the need for an image file. The XML document can be loaded back into the program, edited and resaved.
All of the file commands take place server side through PHP. The front end is full-browser flash. The library art in this demo was created by Craig Garrison and Robert Islas, two very talented artists I work with frequently. |
